AI/ML based Smart data management for Indian Parliament
This is a smart document repository application for parliaments, which uses latest technologies like artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities. Optical character recognition, image recognition, machine vision, data extraction, document classification, natural language processing, automated workflows etc. are key capabilities of the application.
AI technology shall be used in reading the document, understanding its context, and performing specific actions based on the information like identifying the document, extract relevant keywords, auto clustering and grouping of documents based on various patterns, intelligent search with auto suggests of similar information etc. Documents can be viewed in an e-book viewer with a similar experience of using a real book. Users can flip through the pages, search within pages, zoom in, zoom out features etc.
This application shall help the assembly stakeholders including the honourable members, officials, and general public to easily search and retrieve data. - Parliament virtual tour module Virtual tour module in Parliament Information Portal will allow the Portal users to have a virtual tour of the Indian Parliament using Metaverse technology. A 3d World of Parliament shall be created and this gives a unique and real walkthrough experience of the Assembly Premises. This module allows the Honorable members to virtually attend the sessions, access the Parliament library and even navigate within the Parliamentary premises including the major points of interest within the premises.
- AI based reporter module An application for reporters, where the video of the assembly sessions or any video related to assembly can be uploaded into the application and the system shall transcribe the data into text. Reporters shall have the option to review the transcribed content and edit the same. The application supports 50+ languages including all major languages like English, Hindi and even the vernacular languages of India.
- Web crawling module Web Crawling/Chat GPT module is an application for crawling the information related to parliament proceedings, President’s address, Members/Minister’s speech, etc. from the newspaper portals/website/ social media sites. This crawled information shall be linked with the respective parliament members and debates. Upon searching the data pertaining to the respective Member of Parliament, debates from the AI/ML based multilingual search engine, and all the relevant newspaper articles, speech, etc. shall be displayed to the user. This module will help the honorable members/officials to search any relevant information at their figure tips.
- RFID based library management system RFID based library management system is a unique system to manage the books automatically and efficiently. RFID based automation shall give a unique experience to everyone who comes in the assembly library to borrow, return or refer any books/documents. RFID based automation shall enable better shelf management which make easy and quick tracing of the documents automatically and thereby improving user experience. The system also helps the library officials to manage the inventory.
